With PriceAssist you can easily run price checks right from your SAP SRM shopping carts. In case better prices are offered by other suppliers, you can quickly forward this information to the purchasing department.


PriceAssist connects to your companys SRM system and will list the content of your shopping carts of the last 30 days. After you select a shopping cart you will see the list of items including product names, supplier data, quantity and the price a supplier will charge your company for the product.

From the list of products you can then select the one you want to run a query for competitive prices.

If available, PriceAssist will display a maximum of five better priced offers including the supplier name, a picture of the product and the savings compared to the selected shopping cart item.

In order to quickly and easily notify the purchasing department, you can now choose to send an automatically compiled Email including all necessary data of the lower priced product. You will also be able to add a personal note to this Email.
